CARPENTRY + ELECTRICAL ( CUT HALF WALL )

Making an open concept kitchen is easier than you think. By cutting the two-tier half wall to counter height, you can make your kitchen look a lot more spacious and clean. This Service is extremely popular for customers looking to upgrade and modernize their kitchens. The whole process involves leveling the bar to counter height after its cut, installing any additional support to the wall ( if needed ), moving to another location or cancelling outlets, and lastly moving your switch to a new configuration for an air switch button drilled into the kitchen countertop for easier and more convenient access to your garbage disposal.

PLUMBING SERVICES

The only plumbing service we offer is disconnection and reconnection of all your water in the kitchen or bathroom. This includes installing a new or existing faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and sink. This is done by a plumber that is licensed and ensured. The plumbing service is typically done after all the counters and sinks are installed, the plumber will then show up either right after or the morning after. It is recommended to let the silicone dry for at least 24-48 hours though if customer would like to use their own plumber.

TILE DEMOLITION + INSTALLATION

Another way to modernize and upgrade your space is by installing tile. It adds a clean contrast and can contrast with the counters beautifully. Here at Sunshine, we can package this service with the replacement of the countertops. The demolition happens first before or during the installation of the counters (after the tile demolition, we will also take care of any drywall repairs needed), and then the actual tile installation is done a day after the counters are installed. This service is charged by the foot and we can install any tile customers choose, in addition our tile installation services also includes sealing, and grouting.
